Food For Thought

Food for thought

There are four nutrition groups, they are:

Dairy helps make your bones stronger.

Bread cereals have carbohydrates and fiber.

Fruit and vegetable help by giving us all the vitamins and fiber.
 
Meat, eggs, nuts, seeds and seafood has iron and protein.

Today I learned that vitamin k is the vitamin that is a natural bandage when we cut or scratch yourself.
